We’ve had an outstanding experience working with All-Star Dental Academy, and especially with Shyanne. She has been an incredible support system for our team—not just as a consultant, but as a true coach and mentor. What sets All-Star apart is their focus on building systems around service, not sales, and that really came through in the work we’ve done together. Shyanne took the time to understand our practice, helped us refine our internal processes, and brought clarity to how we communicate and manage expectations—both within our team and with our patients. Her background and insight into patient communication and behavior really shows. She’s helped us think differently about how we approach case acceptance and the overall patient experience, in a way that feels genuine and sustainable. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in how our team operates day-to-day, and everything feels more aligned and intentional. We’re grateful to have her in our corner and would highly recommend All-Star to any practice looking to grow with the right systems and support behind them.

My experience with the All Star Dental Academy has been phenomenal. Alex, Heather and Eric truly care about you and your practice as well as your individual goals in dentistry. I have had a very personalized coaching experience with Larissa and s/o to Shelly as well. All team members are a breath of fresh air. The Academy's all encompassing approach will undoubtedly improve your skill as a clinician, leader, and business owner- most importantly, as a person. I highly recommend their online module self-teach course but for our team, coaching was a necessity. If you are struggling in any aspect of your practice- do not hesitate!!!

I wrote my review 7 years ago and I am updating it today, 10/16/2024. Yes, I still love All Star Dental Academy after being 7 years with them. In fact, I upgraded my membership with them to Titanium Mastermind level 4-5 year ago and keeping a very strong relationship with them. If you are looking for a dental coach, online employee training program, hiring help, look no further. They have it all. My review 7 years ago: All Star Dental Academy and their online video training program are just magnificent. From the very first moment I learned about All Star Dental Academy and what they offer, I knew right away that their lessons are what I have been lacking in my practice for the past many years. Their program is very affordable yet effective in improving telephone skills for better communication and customer service in dentistry. It has been only couple of months since I joined their program, but I am already seeing the difference and my staff members are also very positive about it. Their whole team, especially Alex and Heather, have been very knowledgeable, professional, and ethical. Thank you, you guys are the true All-Stars.
